Jennifer & Ally are just a couple of small-town girls living in the big city of Houston. No, really…. They are from Fargo, North Dakota. Yep; like the movie. And no; they are not twins.

Jennifer moved to Houston in 2014 & after a couple years (ok, six), she finally convinced Ally to make the move to Houston & embark on their dream of opening Bright Lights & Balloons.

They grew up with a tight knit family who loved celebrating everything—birthdays, holidays, engagements, babies & more.

Now they want to add a special touch to YOUR celebrations—bringing all your balloon decor dreams come true!
